MyRush Job Marketplace:

Get things done with a 3-step flow: Browse – Buy – Done

MyRush Job helps users quickly find reliable sellers to get things done with a 3-steps flow: Browse – Buy – Done

In order to do that, we developed a state-of-the-art conversion-centered design for MyRush Job users. On the MyRush Job platform a user has both roles as a buyer and a seller.

  1. Browse: Encouraging Interaction

The core value of a service marketplace relies on its ability to match the people looking for a service with the most suitable providers. This is the most important flow that MyRush Job focuses on.

Homepage: visitors can quickly determine whether our site provides what they need, then take a look at service categories and click on a category, a MJob or search with any keywords. (In MyRush Job, we call a service “MJob”, pronounced MicroJob)

In the MJob listing page, buyers can browse MJobs with no confusion since each MJob is displayed with well-organized information. Buyers can be aware of which MJob is suitable for their need based on the image, description, ratings and status of every single MJob. Besides, buyer can also view the related MJobs using the advance filter (by category, tag or rating) without reloading the site.

MyRush Job offers an informative MJob detail page with clear service description, intuitive sample pictures, real order number, and reliable ratings/reviews. This helps the users to learn about a MJob better before deciding to order. Buyers can also view and select the extra tasks of a MJob so that buyers can make sure it matches their needs.

  1. Smooth & Clear Purchase & Delivery Process

To encourage more purchases, buyers can place an order even before creating an account. We also understand how important communication is in the purchase process, to help both sides clearly comprehend the scope of work and stimulate the outcome results.

Therefore, besides adding “order extra services” feature, MyRush Job offers a communication system which allows buyers and sellers to discuss directly and receive the notification whenever they have new messages. Thus, they can constantly communicate until the ordered MJob is finished.

With a simple checkout interface, no login required and a highlighted call-to-action button, buyers will be more eager to complete his order. MyRush Job also supports users to change order information at check-out.

Once an order has been placed, with a tracking order system, both buyers and seller can easily monitor the status of a MJob (Pending, Active, Late, Delivered, Finished, Disputing or Disputed). Each status relates closely to the Purchase & Payment Flows which we will clarify more below.

  1. Start recruiting

Employer can start the recruitment process by posting a new Recruit form. After saving it, your Employer will have access to the result.

Freelancer offer the service

Step 1: As a Freelancer, you need to have at least one related MJob to submit the offer. If you already have this requirement you can move on to Step 2 of this workflow. If not, the system will guide you to ‘Post a service’ first.

Submit your offer: Select the job you want to offer the user to purchase. To send a related offer, you need to post a service first, then user can view your order and make a custom order.

Step 2: When you already have related MJob to the Recruitment, you can submit a service. You can Offer more than one service to the same Recruitment.

Discussion before jobs

Real-time Private Message in MyRush Job makes the negotiation more convenient than ever. Both Employer and Freelancer can contact each other at every stage of the workflow.

As an Employer, you will receive a notification when someone offers their service and you also can easily contact any Freelancer by using the ‘Contact Me’ button.

You can type in the messages and attach file in the pop-up windows. Freelancer will receive a notification to reply to your message. Both sides can send proposal, CV, portfolio… in real-time for quicker and more effective negotiation flow.

Deal and Redeal

Step 1: In Employer view, you can ‘Send custom order’ to the qualified Freelancers. The successfully sent offer will be shown.

Step 2: Freelancer then can check the offer and decide if they want to ‘Decline’ or ‘Send Offer’. With the option ‘Send Offer’ Freelancer can accept the original Offer or send another Offer with the explanation in the Description box.

Step 3: Employer can Accept & Checkout, both sides will be sent to workspace after this step. The workflow will be back to Step 1 if the Employer Reject it to make a new offer.

Throughout negotiation flow, Freelancer and Employer can send custom orders and offers to get the agreement from both sides. They can change all the elements like Budget, Time of delivery, Description through real-time private messages. There’s also a ‘Decline’ option from both side in case they can’t make the agreement.

Both sides will have email notification for any activities and changes that was made by partner sent from the email system. This feature allows them to instantly follow-up all the work.

Milestones availability

A team of freelancers will be gathered in no time with less effort. Employer don’t have to create many projects and check it separately. They can choose more than just one offer in the list of project bidding.

Long-term project

Employer can re-contact Freelancer after the project for the long-term corporation. The workflow of sending offers will be the same as above.

Recruit Management

  • Employer can easily check their Recruitments in the drop-down list at top right of the screen.
  • Freelancer can check their tasks by clicking ‘My orders’ in the drop-down list at top right of the screen. After that, click ‘Tasks’. All the tasks that need to be done will appear on this page.
  1. Get Rush Jobs Done in The Best Way

Once a seller finishes his MJob and delivers to buyer, the buyer can choose to accept the work and change the status of MJob to Order Finished, then he can write a review for that seller. If he is not happy with the job, he may send a dispute request to admin.

For Buyers, MyRush Job helps them monitor all MJobs easily. Sellers can change the status of a MJob (active, pause or archived) based on his schedule. When a MJob is paused, it won’t be available for orders, so he won’t be overwhelmed with the workload and can also keep his reputation.
